Having met up with a number of headhunters we decided to appoint Darren to source for us a Managing Director for our UK business, this is a key role within our organisation and therefore it was important that we got the hire right.
From the start of the assignment  until right through to completion we found the service we got from Darren to be excellent, at all times he kept us informed as to where he was, whether it was an update on how many candidates he had initially identified to providing us with a summary of those who had subsequently expressed an interest in our role.  He is also took the time & asked us the right questions so as he understood the role & our requirements of the person we wanted for this key position.
